Dr. Luu Anh-Duc is the Deputy Director of the Department of Science, Technology, and International Cooperation at the Viet Nam Administration of Seas and Islands, under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment. With extensive experience in environmental management and international collaboration, he leads initiatives focused on advancing scientific research and technology for the sustainable management of Vietnam’s marine resources.
Dr. Luu holds a PhD in Management Sciences from Toulouse 1 Capitol University, France, a Master’s degree in International Economics, Banking, and Finance from Montesquieu Bordeaux IV University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from the National Economics University of Vietnam. His previous roles include Deputy Head of the Division of Science, Technology, and International Cooperation and Assistant to the Deputy Minister of Home Affairs. He has also served as a lecturer at Hanoi University of Home Affairs.
