Mahesh Pradhan

Mahesh Pradhan currently serves as the COBSEA Coordinator, an intergovernmental mechanism administered by UNEP which brings together nine countries (Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Republic of Korea, Singapore, Thailand, and Viet Nam) to protect and conserve the marine environment in the seas of East Asia. Mahesh has nearly three decades of experience with the United Nations. This covers multilateral environmental cooperation covering sustainable nutrient management, holistic waste management, environmental education and training, regional and sub-regional environmental cooperation as well as international environmental governance.
